License & Usage Terms

Welcome to Decofia. By purchasing and downloading any of our digital artwork, you agree to the following License & Usage Terms. These terms are designed to ensure fair and respectful use of our intellectual property while allowing you to enjoy our designs for personal or professional use (as permitted).
Effective Date: 20th October 2022
1. Personal Use License (Included with All Purchases)

When you purchase digital artwork from Decofia, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. This means you may:

  • Download the artwork files to your personal device
  • Print the design for your own home, office, or personal space
  • Gift a physical print to a friend or family member
2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited without written permission or an extended license:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital files in any format.
  • Uploading the artwork to third-party marketplaces or print-on-demand services.
  • Using the artwork for commercial products (e.g. mugs, posters for sale, merchandise).
  • Modifying the file and claiming it as your own.
  • Using the artwork for business branding, logos, or promotional materials.
3. Commercial Use (Requires Extended License)

If you intend to use Decofia artwork for any commercial purpose,
— such as in resale, design projects for clients, staging interior spaces for sale/rent, or promotional media
— you must contact us to purchase an extended commercial use license.

4. Ownership & Copyright

All digital files and designs remain the intellectual property of Decofia. Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the file under the terms described, but does not transfer copyright or ownership.

5. File Handling & Print Responsibility

Our files are high-resolution and ready for printing. However, Decofia is not responsible for color variation due to screen or printer settings. We recommend using a professional print service for best results.

6. No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.
