License & Usage Terms

Welcome to Decofia. By purchasing and receiving any of our digital artwork, you are granted a single, unified license that allows broad, fair use of the artwork while protecting Decofia’s intellectual property.
Effective Date: 20th October 2022
1. Unified License Grant

Each purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased artwork for both personal and professional purposes, subject to the limitations below:

  • Download and store the artwork files
  • Print for personal spaces, offices, or professional environments
  • Use in residential or client-facing interior spaces
  • Use in digital mockups or presentations (non-resale)
  • Gift physical printed copies
2. Prohibited Uses
  • Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing the digital files
  • Uploading to stock libraries, marketplaces, or POD platforms
  • Using the artwork as a standalone product for sale
  • Claiming the artwork as original work
  • Using in logos, trademarks, NFTs, or AI datasets
3. Ownership, Copyright & Originality
  • Artworks remain intellectual property of Decofia
  • This license grants usage rights only; copyright is not transferred
  • Artworks are original and substantially transformed
  • No third-party copyrighted content or raw assets are sold
4. File Delivery, Handling & Print Responsibility
  • Files delivered manually as high-resolution ZIP files via email
  • Customers are responsible for print quality
  • Color variations may occur
  • Professional print services recommended
5. Digital Goods Policy & Refunds
  • All sales are final; no refunds or cancellations once files are delivered
  • Technical issues are handled promptly
6. Compliance & Fair Use Statement
  • Non-physical digital goods
  • No restricted, illegal, or misleading content
  • Manual delivery reduces fraud risk
  • Decofia does not host third-party sellers
