3, Damaged or Corrupted Files

If your downloaded files are damaged, incomplete, or not functioning as expected:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We’ll work with you to resolve the problem or provide a new file if necessary.
